My knee surgery went alright. But he did not find anything but fatty tissue under my knee cap. So, he cleaned it out and put something in there so it will cushion the knee better. So hopefully I won’t have so much pain anymore kneeling. I won’t know until I can bend it better and sit in a comfortable position. Like for meditation and some of my yoga exercises I try to do a little bit at a time. I miss everyone so much, I still cannot drive cause I am on my pain meds because of my It-ban in my left leg from him moving all over the place when he was probing. So, I am off until February 2014. Tell everyone that I said hello and that I miss them. Everyone have a merry Christmas and a happy new year.
